Senior Helpers of Legacy Trail is locally owned and operated by the John family, who have proudly called Frisco home for over 20 years. With two teenagers currently attending Frisco ISD high schools, we are deeply rooted in this community — not just as business owners, but as neighbors, parents, and long-time residents who care about the quality of life for everyone who calls this area home.
At the helm of our care philosophy is Jincy, a licensed Occupational Therapist with 23 years of clinical experience whose background shapes every aspect of how we approach senior care. With hands-on experience helping individuals maintain independence, function, and dignity, Jincy brings a level of expertise to Senior Helpers of Legacy Trail that goes far beyond standard home care. She understands not just what seniors need — but why, and how to deliver it in a way that honors the whole person.
At Senior Helpers of Legacy Trail, our primary goal is to help provide a high quality of life for our clients and their families by delivering customized, dependable, and affordable care. We understand that no two situations are alike, which is why we take the time to listen first — and build a care plan around the person, not a checklist.
We are proud to serve families across Frisco, Allen, Plano, Lewisville, Little Elm, Lake Dallas, and Aubrey, spanning Collin and Denton counties. Whether you're near the Frisco Medical District, along the Preston Road corridor, in the established neighborhoods of Allen or Plano, or in the growing communities stretching north toward Aubrey and Little Elm, our caregivers are close by — because they live here too.
Our team of highly qualified caregivers and staff are your neighbors. They are invested in this community because it is their community too. We hold ourselves to a high standard not because it's expected, but because our clients are someone's parent, grandparent, or spouse — and we treat them accordingly.
Giving back is woven into who we are. Senior Helpers of Legacy Trail actively supports brain health and Alzheimer's awareness initiatives, local senior services organizations, and the veteran community that has sacrificed so much for all of us. We believe that caring for our seniors extends well beyond the front door.
When you choose Senior Helpers of Legacy Trail, you're gaining more than a caregiver. You're gaining a committed partner — one who is deeply rooted in this community and genuinely invested in the well-being of your family.
